Today we are presenting on customer service and the importance of it.
I was very disappointing in my assessment result, but I realized that I didn't put in as much effort as I should have. For the next assessment I will try to put more effort.
I received feedback on my rating of this course via email, and explained some of my complaints.
I am still disapointed in the lack of teaching the lecturers are doing, even the amount of feedback we get form our presentations is minimal.
I hope this will improve in future...

ReplyDeleteI'd like to clarify that this course has a 'problem based learning' focus....which means that you learn by doing research and collaboation. We are playing a role as facilitators and guiding you while you learn and gather information. Our experience in the past has indicated that applied technology students have a very short attention span and long lecture sessions just don't work. Hence we have used this approach quite successfully in the past 3 years. I guess everyone is different and learning styles are different. We'll try and give you more feedback in presentations in the next few sessions. Thanks you for providing feedback.
